Looks like the majority comes from the US, with 28% of the list of 2,668 being Americans. China in second with 21.4%. So about half of the world's billionaires reside in these two global superpowers. Also seems like the list excludes any Saudis after the Ritz Carlton crackdown fiasco a few years ago.
